Fair & Scalable Investment
Your wedding is one of the biggest days of your life, and whether you’re planning a luxurious ballroom affair or a chic intimate gathering, the level of coordination, vendor management, and design support varies. A percentage-based fee ensures you receive the attention and expertise your wedding truly requires—without overpaying or being under-served. You are also in the drivers seat of what our cost is based on the services used as we won't charge you for services we don't provide. 

We Use a Minimum Fee to Keep Things Fair
To ensure transparency, we set a minimum fee that starts at $8000.00. This way, we don’t need to increase your budget to meet a fee threshold. Our success aligns with yours. We work within your budget to help you get the best possible value—pre-negotiating better vendor rates, finding cost-effective solutions, and ensuring every dollar is spent wisely.
Unlike vendors who profit from upselling, our role is to strategically manage your spending, not inflate it.

Transparent & Predictable
With percentage-based pricing, there are no hidden fees or unexpected add-ons. Instead of charging hourly rates or extra fees for additional meetings, your investment is clear and directly related to your wedding’s budget. This way, you always know what to expect.

The investment you make in your wedding is entirely contingent on your individual preferences. Contrary to what you might read in blogs, there's no one-size-fits-all method to determine the cost of your wedding. The final figures are influenced by your unique priorities, the chosen wedding location, and the prevailing market rates in that area. Once we establish these factors, we can then delve into important questions like whether you prefer a live band or a DJ, if you gravitate toward minimalistic décor or a profusion of floral arrangements, and if you envision a traditional three-course dinner or a fine dining experience complemented by wine pairings.

 We assist our clients in shaping their wedding vision, and once those expectations are established, the design aligns accordingly.

We charge between 15% - 20% of the total wedding cost spent based on the aspects we manage. 

Why do we charge a percentage rate for  our planning services?

We recognize that there are event planners with both lower and higher fees than ours. It's crucial to understand that our pricing is not in direct competition with theirs because we offer entirely unique event planning experiences, services, talents, connections, and expertise. Our fees are a direct reflection of what we bring to the table after 16 years and planning events across the world. We will not adjust our rates to align with others' offerings. Our focus remains on delivering the distinct value we bring to our clients.
